Let’s just get in with the half year review of my reading… So, I have set a goal of 50 books this year and so far I have only tackled 22 which isn’t bad but last year’s momentum was good and I blame it all on the stupid adulting gig that I didn’t sign up for and my reading momentum has sort of been not great but I digress… I still read some good books and some not so great books.

Trust me I have been there and I am still trying to figure out The Blogsphere of a book blogger, I haven’t been in the game that long but so far, I have come across some minor challenges. I think we can all agree it isn’t easy especially for those who dare to dip their toes and put their thoughts out there to be judged or even go unnoticed

“If you show someone something you’ve written, you give them a sharpened stake, lie down in your coffin, and say, ‘When you’re ready’.”

I am going to share a bit of my experience on book blogging and just blogging in general thus far. Hope it will be insightful or relatable

The Reading Habits Tag

“In my whole life, I have known no wise people (over a broad subject matter area) who didn’t read all the time — none, zero. You’d be amazed at how much Warren reads–and at how much I read. My children laugh at me. They think I’m a book with a couple of legs sticking out.”

Hey, guys hope you are well, happy and that your reading is carrying on spectacularly. Last week I was gearing up to compose 2 book reviews but those books were excruciatingly painful, to say the least, ended up D.N.Fing them, will do a post on that experience soon. I feared that a reading slump was looming on the horizon but recently I came across a very magical book that helped me get out of the bad books phase.
