To say I am excited to finally own this is an understatement, the whole vibe, the setting and the topics just scream “I’ll love it!” The emotional trauma that everyone has warned me about is what scares me but this will be read pretty soon. Plus the synopsis reminds me of The Goldfinch

I can’t believe I snubbed this at a street vendor… She is another author that has haunted me, her name always rings when I go book shopping when I saw this I practically squealed. She is so prolific and well loved and I can’t wait to get stuck in this book and just from the blurb I can tell it’s going to be influential.

This also is a very popular book about mental illness and it’s fairly short this will be an interesting quick read that will cover so much. I am so excited.

I initially heard this from Abbie (Bookstagram Account Here) She sold it to e with her stunning review and I just had to grab it. The whole exploration of motherhood and the length one would go for a loved one is a trope that I am always down for.
